Return Policy

LED2 Lighting (“LED2”) dedicates to provide the best quality product and service to meet the high standards our customers deserve. If it is necessary to return products, customer should follow the instruction outlined below.

To obtain approval to return product to LED2, customers need to contact LED2 Customer Service and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form via Fax between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST) or email customer service.

After submitting an RMA form, the Customer Service team will review your submission for approval. If a return is approved, LED2 will fax or email a draft copy which will indicate:

  • The item list that has been approved.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
  • Two copies of the authorized RMA form (one for the customer’s records and one to be included with the return shipment.)

NO PRODUCT RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY LED2 IF NOT ACCOMPANIED BY A VALID RMA NUMBER. Product with- out a RMA number will be either refused or returned to customer at the customer’s expense. LED2 is not liable for loss or damage to unauthorized product returns. Except for issues covered under the LED2 warranty, all RMA request must be made within 60 days of the invoice date to be eligible to receive credit. Once issued, RMA number are valid for 30 days. Returns received after 30 days will be refused. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including taxes, cus- toms, and duties if applicable. Do not write addresses or RMA number on the outside of the manufacturer’s boxes. Any product returned with marked box, damaged box, missing components, or other damage not caused by LED2 will be assessed a higher restocking fee to cover the replacement.

DEFECTIVE/DOA RETURNS

LED2 will replace defective or Damaged on Arrival (DOA) product with similar product. LED2 will not provide credit on those product unless no suit- able repair or replacement is available. For purpose of clarity, LED2 will not reimburse or pay for labor or other costs associated with removal of the product, even if it is ultimately deemed to be defective or DOA.

Returned products will be tested upon arrival at the LED2 Warehouse.

ALL OTHER AUTHORIZED RETURNS

Return Authorized by LED2 for reasons other than Defective /DOA will be subject to a restocking fee and customer will pay all transportation costs associated with the return, including taxes, customs, and duty, if applicable. A minimum of 25% restocking fee will be charged for the reason of return other than Defective /DOA.

Product will not be approved for return or credit under the following conditions:

  • Product has been altered.
  • Product was not installed or maintained in accordance with LED2 specifications.
  • Product was subject to unusual physical or electrical stress, misuse, or negligence. • Product defect was not related to LED2 product functionality, including third-party modifications.
  • Product damage caused after receipt of product by customer.

By choosing to request a RMA from LED2, it is implied that customer agrees to the terms of the return policy as stated above.
